Shipping Policy - How to Close the Loop

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Deliveries are estimated to arrive within 5-7 business days. Deliveries are are made by third parties and any delays due to high volume or other postal delays are outside of our control.

How to Close the Loop?

Our "Close the Loop" Program encourages our customers to send back containers, clean and  sanitized, to be reused for their next order.  

It's as simple as returning your ECO COMPANY Containers to: 
4509 Rupert St. Vancouver, BC V5R 2J4 

We will sanitize and re-use them for your next order.  When customers do this they are repurposing existing containers rather than throwing them away.

As well, you will receive a $15 deposit credit against your order when you reuse your pails. NOTE: Any pails returned that have not been cleaned and sanitizer will not be eligible to receive the deposit credit.
