Refunds, Returns, and Cancellation Policy - How to Close the Loop

For finished products, you must return your product within 30 days upon the receipt of your order. Your item must not be damaged or have half of the product used. 

For refill/bulk products, all sales are final. As our products are both perishable goods and Natural Health Products, we cannot accept a return once the product has been delivered. This is to enforce the strict standards around the contamination.

All orders must be paid in full at time of order, we have a no cancellation policy. With the volatility of supply, and pricing, we cannot accept a cancellation once an order has been received. Our orders are immediately placed with our suppliers to ensure that the orders are placed on incredibly coveted production runs.

If you receive damaged goods or incorrect items in your shipment, we require that you provide a clear image of the box, the damaged or incorrect goods, and the shipping tag. This will help us quickly verify the issue and process your claim efficiently. 

In the event that Eco Company cannot fulfil your order, despite our attentive efforts, and the expiration of a 60 day period following your expected delivery date, Eco Company will refund you the contracted price, at our discretion.

How to Close the Loop?

Our "Close the Loop" Program encourages our customers to send back containers, clean and  sanitized, to be reused for their next order.  

It's as simple as returning your ECO COMPANY Containers to: 
4509 Rupert St. Vancouver, BC V5R 2J4 

We will sanitize and re-use them for your next order.  When customers do this they are repurposing existing containers rather than throwing them away.

As well, you will receive a $15 deposit credit against your order when you reuse your pails. NOTE: Any pails returned that have not been cleaned and sanitizer will not be eligible to receive the deposit credit.  

Example:

I return 5 pails, order 3 new ones - You would receive 3 x $15 deposit against your new purchase, and you would have 2 more credits on file to use for your next order!
